Each bar starts with Cacao Barry single-origin dark chocolate — the same base used by professional chocolatiers. We integrate milk protein isolate directly into the chocolate, delivering 12 grams of clean protein per 75g bar. Pure Dark is exactly that. Dark Almond adds whole roasted almonds. No PGPR. No vegetable fat substitution. Nothing that doesn't belong.

Single-origin means the cacao comes from one specific region, rather than a blend of multiple origins designed to create a generic, consistent flavor. It's the difference between a wine with a terroir and a table blend. You get a distinct, traceable flavor profile — and you know exactly where what you're eating came from.

PGPR (polyglycerol polyricinoleate) is a cheap emulsifier used by mass-market chocolate makers to replace cocoa butter and reduce costs. It changes the texture and mouthfeel of chocolate. We use real cocoa butter. It costs more. It's worth it.

Ravena contains milk protein isolate and is not dairy-free. Gluten status will be confirmed at the manufacturing level. If you have specific allergen requirements, we recommend waiting for the finalized nutrition label before purchasing.

Single bars are $14 online. A 3-pack is $38. A 6-pack is $75 with free shipping included. At Newport Beach farmers markets, bars are $12 each — cash or card, same price.
