Single-origin Venezuelan cacao at 58%, sweetened with coconut sugar. We work milk protein isolate directly into the tempered chocolate, which is how a 45g bar carries ten grams of protein without tasting like a supplement. Dark Milk is exactly that. Almond adds roasted almonds. No PGPR, no vegetable fat substitution, no artificial anything.

Single-origin means the cacao comes from one specific region, rather than a blend of multiple origins designed to create a generic, consistent flavor. It's the difference between a wine with a terroir and a table blend. You get a distinct, traceable flavor profile — and you know exactly where what you're eating came from.

PGPR (polyglycerol polyricinoleate) is a cheap emulsifier used by mass-market chocolate makers to replace cocoa butter and reduce costs. It changes the texture and mouthfeel of chocolate. We use real cocoa butter. It costs more. It's worth it.

Per 45g bar: 270 calories · 19g fat · 11g saturated fat · 15g carbs · 3g fiber · 8g sugar · 10g protein · 30mg sodium · 5mg cholesterol. Both Dark Milk and Almond share the same panel — the almonds make a negligible difference. These are the finalized figures from our production nutrition panel, not estimates.

Ravena contains milk and is not dairy-free — milk protein isolate and milkfat are both in the recipe. Almond also contains tree nuts. Both bars are made in a gluten-free and peanut-free facility that does process tree nuts and dairy, so if you have a severe tree nut allergy, Dark Milk is made on shared equipment and we would not recommend it.

We sell by the box. The Two Bar Box — one Dark Milk, one Almond — is $23.99. A Three Bar Box is $33.99 in either flavour. A Six Bar Box is $64.99, in our printed display box, mixed or all of one. Single bars aren't sold online; on a retail shelf they're $10.99.

Not at launch. We want to earn the repeat purchase before we ask for the commitment. Subscriptions are on the roadmap — we'll announce when they're available.

Free shipping applies to any order over $30, which covers the Three Bar Box and the Six Bar Box. The Two Bar Box carries a flat $4.95.

Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available at launch.

We are taking pre-orders ahead of our first production run. Orders placed now are expected to ship in late September 2026, and you'll get tracking the day yours goes out. If that date moves, we'll email you before it does and you can cancel for a full refund. Once we're in stock, orders ship within 3–5 business days. Chocolate is temperature-sensitive, so every order goes out with an insulated mailer and a gel pack.
